DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER THE OYSTER
FESTIVAL WILL START ITS FUN AT NOON ON
SEPTEMBER 27th!
A huge tent overlooking the water premiers at the Arts & Crafts
fair. There will be an array of handmade jewelry, painted
glassware, antiques, natural soaps, jams, handcrafted clothing
items, woodcrafts and so much more.
BOOTH SIZE AND RENTAL:
- Vendors will provide there preference on size of booth:
- Double tent Booths, 20' x 10‘
- Single tent booths, 10’ x 10'
- Tables will be available for rent through JADE and 8ft tables will be
provided with electricity, tent, booth and two chairs (for each space
purchased)
- Vendors must meet all electrical codes (regulations as provided by
the city) and must provide their own heavy duty grounded lead cords
for hook ups.
- All vendors will have to be required to have a NY State Tax ID number
and are responsible for collecting tax for their sales.
- Exhibitors will sign a waiver to any claim against JADE Creative
Events LLC. and the city of New Rochelle, and assumes all liability for
loss or damage to Exhibitor's property and merchandise entrusted to
the premises.
- All vendors should carry event insurance for the duration of the
event and provide a copy of the certificate to JADE prior to the event.
